Where is the showroom?

Since our main business is in Europe, London Gallery is based in its capital. You are welcome to visit our showroom in Brussels (Belgium) during opening hours every day of the week. Visitors on Sunday afternoon are asked to make an appointment in order to be sure shop will be open.

Buyers from outside Belgium are invited to call us in advance in order to arrange a taxi service if necessary. We are just 20 minutes away from Brussels’ Airport and Midi Train Station.

Do your prices include taxes?

Since our main office is based in Brussels all our online prices include Belgium VAT and we will provide you a detailed invoice for tax declaration purposes if required.

If you are entitled to VAT exemption due to personal diplomatic status or being a tax registered company outside Belgium but within the European Union you will be excluded of paying the inclusive tax. Should this be your case we will ask you to provide us with the legal documents to probe your situation:  valid business tax registration number according to your invoice details or the official tax exemption certificate from your Embassy.

For all purchases from Switzerland we grant VAT exemption at source as required for Swiss legislation. Import duties and local VAT will be payable to enter the goods to the country and required by the transport company in charge of cross-border declaration for custom clearance.

Goods travelling outside E.U. are also exempt of the VAT charge although other national taxes may apply. If in doubts, please contact your local customs or tax office.

 

Is it safe to buy online in your website?

If this is the first time you placing an online order with us it is reasonable you may be a little cautious or have doubts about introducing your credit card details to make a payment trough our website.

Orders via www.londongallery.net are managed by certified OGONE payment system resulting in a fast and secure way to make an online or card-not-present payment.

We accept all major credit cards, cheques and direct bank transfers. You can even make and confirm orders by phone with your credit card details like when you booking a hotel room at distance. Whatever the method of payment you choose you can be certain about the full safety of your transaction with us and the complete privacy of your details.

 

Can I still make changes in my already confirmed order?

When orders are placed online they are automatically confirmed. If ordered by other means (fax, post, telephone or in showroom) we will provide you a written confirmation containing full details of your purchase. It is important that you read carefully and check all elements regarding description of the items and your contact and delivery details are correct.

Modifications to your order within a few days are usually acceptable without any problem. Once the goods are in production we may have to charge you a fee in case of alterations or change of leather choice. Changing an order may alter the working plan and therefore cause additional delays in production and delivery.

 

What if I don’t like the item once at my place?

Once the item you purchased is delivered you may don’t like it or just don’t want it anymore. In those odds cases our return policy will enable you to return the goods and get reimbursed, without asking you why.

After we have acknowledged your request, we will schedule a collection within 2 weeks. On arrival, back to our depot we will fully inspect the goods and process the refund Bank transfer of your purchase less collection costs (same as delivery costs).

We recognize you the right to a full refund if the furniture is returned to us in the same condition in which it was delivered. This means you will have to ensure a correct packing and proper protection to avoid transit damages. Should the goods present signs of misuse, repairing charges will be taken away from the amount to reimburse of your invoice.

We regret we are unable to accept the return of bespoke items or special orders as they have been specially made at your request, unless the goods don’t match the specifications in your order.
